As per the information provided by Ministry of New & Renewable Energy (MNRE), Government of India, installed capacity of wind power projects in India has reached to 48588.56 MW as on 28th February 2025. This means during the FY 2024-25, an aggregate capacity of 2702.05 MW has been added from 1st April 2024 to 28th February 2025.
