As per the information provided by Ministry of New & Renewable Energy (MNRE), Government of India, installed capacity of wind power projects in India has reached to 48163.46 MW as on 31st December 2024. This means during the FY 2024-25, an aggregate capacity of 2276.65 MW has been added from 1st April 2024 to 31st December 2024.
