It is learnt that ONGC Green Energy Limited (OGL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), has signed a share purchase agreement (SPA) with PTC India Limited to acquire the 288.8 MW operational wind power projects in India.
