It is learnt that, Gujarat High Court has issued notice to the State and Central Government on a public interest litigation challenging allotment of ‘Gauchar’ land in Kutch District to private companies for setting up wind farms. This will halt Wind Projects development in Kutch, Gujarat and leads to losses  The due date of responding to the notice is 29.08.2018.
