As per the information provided by Ministry of New & Renewable Energy (MNRE), Government of India, installed capacity of wind power in India is 37837.5 MW as on 31st March 2020.

As per MNRE, during the financial year 2019-20, an aggregate capacity of 2117.8 MW wind power has been added from April 2019 to March 2020
